The breakfast and location were great.

Yes the cleanliness of the room was not great. The pull out couch was disgusting. The sheets were clearly not changed. The sheets were wet. The mattress was brown. My son had to sleep on top of the sofas w a blanket on top of the sofa.

Front desk was very nice and the entire hotel was clean. Breakfast was maintained well

The room was not clean, when we asked for someone to clean it or to switch to another room, the man at the front desk told us we could leave. Horrible customer service. Would have expected much better for the price.

It¿s loud. Slamming doors all night long.

Weird sound from roof. Scratching noises in the night. Fridge wasn¿t on or cold. Heater made a ton of noise and had a laminated sign saying sorry this wall thermostat doesn¿t work. Had to get my space heater I happened to have. A big closet in the way.

Hotel being remodeled. Construction, Jack Hammers, worked until eight o'clock in the evening. Grab and Go breakfast is NOT what Holiday Inn Express is known for!

Absolutely filthy, ceilings had mold and lots of water damage. Sheets were stained and had hairs on them.

It fit in my schedule

Hotel is under major renovations. Rooms we had were not any better then a super 8. I¿m sure it will look better when completed and it has to be done but did not enjoy being awakened at 6:45 am to a small Jack hammer above me.

This has to be the worst/dirtiest most disgusting hotel I have stayed in ever! Thankfully it was only for one night, but for a holiday Inn express, it totally did not meet the standards for that chain. Staff at front desk was exceptional.

Dirty! Dirty! Moldy and gross

Cliff the evening clerk was exceptional with my last minute reservation. The morning breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast cook knows how to cook crisp bacon ¿¿. Great location. Will definitely stay there again.

REAL COOKED BREAKFAST! ¿¿ Super quiet area too. I often do paranormal investigations at Old South Pittsburg Hospital, but this is my first time staying here. Now its my default.

Good location for our traveling. Friendly staff and quick check-in when we arrived. Met my expectations for a Holiday Inn Express. Especially liked the Hot Breakfast!

Starting to look like the facility needs a little updating....glad to see that this is expected to begin in November 2021.

Bed is comfortable, bathtub is larger than regular and can enjoy a good hot bath after long hours driving.

Carpet is a bit dirty. Breakfast served from 6am to 9:30am,

Several permits were past date, pool was in a stare of disrepair and closed. Had a vibe of a hotel on it¿s way out.

Overall cleanliness and very polite staff.

The bench in our room looked like the seat cover could use a deep steam cleaning.

Not very good breakfast options during COVID (maybe due to state mandates). Comfortable bed and other aspects of a Holiday Inn Express that you expect. This hotel is a bit older, though, and not as clean as expected.

It needs to be cleaned better and carpets stained in some areas (one big spot in our room). Overall worth the price we paid. A good night's sleep and clean bathroom.

AC unit sounded like it was going to blow up , cut it off and it still would kick on , first floor smelled like it was a smoking bar

Beds were very comfortable, lighting up mirror, breakfast was good, even we had to eat in the room, they had creek yogurts, Yoplait yogurts, biscuits, bananas, oatmeals, etc

We had two rooms and one room had a bad smell, not sure what it was.
